Camp Programme

Join the adventure at Zein holiday camp…

The perfect opportunity to spend time with fellow campers this winter break!

During the upcoming Winter Break, we will be running exciting Multi-Activity & Cookery Camps where our Little Explorers (ages 4-6) and Big Adventurers (ages 7-12) can discover new interests and further develop their talents! Structured around the Winter theme, the programme is full and varied – and arranged per age group to ensure children of all ages will have great fun and are able to learn new skills.

Where does camp run?
Camps run across multiple The Hague locations from Mon – Friday from 08:00-18:30 for children aged 4-12. Please see the sections below for more details on the programme and daily organisation of activities and click the link for more information on how to register.

Programme for 20 December - 5 January

During the Winter break, our locations will be attended by students from various international and Dutch Schools.

All camp days at Zein are complemented with various sports and recreational games – indoors ánd outdoors if weather permits.

Wednesday 20 December
To kick off winter fun at camp, our campers will make and decorate special festive trees before getting creative with a cardinal handprint or ski collage craft.

Thursday 21 December
To kick off winter fun at camp, our explorers will make their own pretty penguins and egg carton reindeers cute enough to join Rudolph and the gang. The older adventurers will enjoy a frosty activity, making their own snowflakes and preparing salty dough ornaments.

Friday 22 December
Adventurers will experiment with making a snowstorm in a jar whilst explorers will make a special snowman light. Up next, campers come together to make a fruit Santa’s, so cute and so tasty!

Wednesday 27 December – Friday 29 December: Cookery Camp
All campers put your chef’s hats on! This week of camp is all about cooking and baking. We will make our own variations on some traditional festive tastes. From toast stars with chicken to peguin crackers, cheese pesto trees, cake pops and biscuits for the festive trees – these snacks will look as good as they taste!

Tuesday 2 January:
The first camp day of the new year is of course filled with craft activities to create colourful fireworks. Salt or paint or ribbons or chalk – there are so many choices! And there’s more, the eldest campers will also make pine cone snowmen.

Wednesday 3 January:
Brrr, what’s that cold breeze we feel? Today, Explorers will be making a oil pastel snowman whilst the adventurers explore the art of making a winter tree. Then, it’s time to come together to make marshmallow snowflakes!

Thursday 4 January:
Field trip: destination to be confirmed

Friday 5 January:
The last day of camp is here, let’s make it one to remember. The explorers will discover the cool things that can be made using paper plates – from penguins to hot chocolate craft. Meanwhile, the adventurers will be making a beautiful arctic polar bear with water colours and a find polar bear artwork.
