Rates & Packages – 2024

We have a range of different rates and packages available for our different services.

Details of the gross rates and attendance packages for our services can be found in the sections below.  However, through the Dutch Childcare Allowance (or Kinderopvangtoeslag) Dutch tax authorities reimburse a substantial portion of childcare costs (Day Care, After School Care and Holiday Camps), for children aged 0-12 years, where both parents (or a single parent) are working or studying.

Day Care Rates - 2024

We provide FULL DAY sessions from 07:30 – 18:30.

We do not have a minimum registration – you can select from 1 to 5 days according to your needs.

Days must be fixed to the same day per week, although additional days can be booked and fixed days can be swapped to a different day in the week on an occasional basis. Both options are subject to availability in the same group.

Pre-School Rates - 2024

Pre-School sessions run each morning during term time only. The Maples Pre-School runs Monday to Friday according to the European School calendar. The Estate Pre-School runs Monday to Friday according to the British School calendar.

The Maples 08:00 – 12:30 (on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) & 08:00 – 11:45 (on Wednesdays)

No minimum registration is required – you can select from 1 to 5 days according to your needs. Parents requiring full day care for their child may want to consider our Day Care provision. Days must be fixed to the same day per week, although additional days can be booked and fixed days can be swapped to a day within a two week period on an occasional basis. Both options are subject to availability in the same group.

Invoicing for Pre-School is spread over a 12-month period.

Out of School Care (After School & Holidays) Rates - 2024

There are two different packages available for parents interested in Out of School Care for their child – Zein BASIC and Zein COMPLETE.

All Out of School Care packages are available from 1 to 5 days per week. The days per week are fixed at the point of application, but we always aim to be as helpful and flexible as possible when accommodating requests for changes or extra days. The hourly rate for care varies according to the package selected, so please take time to review the options to see which package best suits your family circumstances.

Holiday Camps Rates - 2024

Zein Holiday Camps are also available as an add on to our Out of School Care packages (Zein CAMPS) and a separate product.

Attendance is based on full days only.

Whilst bookings can be made on an as needed basis and possible for as little as one day at a time, attending the whole week will allow your child to get the most out of the programme – activities may be designed to develop and build on skills as the week goes on, and multiple day projects are usually completed on a Friday.

Price includes breakfast and healthy organic warm meals and snacks throughout the day; entrance fees and transport for field trips; and all materials and instruction.
