Camp Attendance Options & Prices

We offer flexible camp attendance options, allowing you to book care during the school holidays as and when you need it!

We do not require a minimum subscription, but bookings are made on an as needed basis and always for full days so that children can get to know each other and the group can mix together. For Themed Weeks, attending the whole week will allow children to get the most out of the programme as some activities may be designed to develop and build on skills as the week goes on, and multiple day projects are usually completed on a Friday.

We welcome campers from the age of four until they start secondary school.

Prices & Attendance options for NEW / HOLIDAY CAMPS ONLY Clients

Zein Holiday Camps are available to book as either an add on to our Out of School Care packages or a separate product. For 2023, an hourly rate of €11,40 applies. Please note that these prices are gross – rebates are available to working parents through the application of the Dutch Childcare Allowance. Bookings are always for full days and include breakfast and healthy organic warm meals and snacks throughout the day; entrance fees and transport for field trips; and all materials and instruction.

ATTENDANCE OPTIONS

Attendance is based on full days only.

Whilst bookings can be made on an as needed basis and possible for as little as one day per week, attending the whole week will allow your child to get the most out of the programme – activities are frequently designed to develop and build on skills as the week goes on, and multiple day projects are usually completed on a Friday.

Attendance options for EXISTING Clients

The following registration options are available to children currently attending Zein After School Care:

Families with After School Care + Small Holidays contracts (Zein BASIC):

  • Mid Term Holiday Bookings:  Holiday Care will be provided on the same days as the child normally attends After School Care – no additional charges will be made for those days*. Additional days can be booked on an individual basis as required.
  • Summer Holiday Bookings:  Summer Holidays are NOT included in your contract.

Families with After School Care + All Holidays contracts (Zein COMPLETE):

  • Mid Term Holiday Bookings:  Holiday Care will be provided on the same days as the child normally attends After School Care – no additional charges will be made for those days*.  Additional days can be booked on an individual basis as required.
  • Summer Holiday Bookings:  Summer Holidays ARE included in your contract. Holiday Care will be provided on the same days as the child normally attends After School Care – no additional charges will be made for those days. Additional days can be booked on an individual basis as required.

* No additional charges will be made for holiday camp days during fixed holiday weeks. On ‘staff training days’ and ‘roster-free days’, which are specific to the individual schools, an additional charge from 08:00-15:00 applies. Our planning team can provide an overview of the days covered in your family’s monthly package.
