A Typical Camp Day

A typical day at a Zein Holiday Camp

We pride ourselves on developing fun and engaging camps, which are individual to their surroundings and the number of children on camp, but our guide gives you a sneak peek of what happens on camp.

Camp is attended by children from the age of 4, who have started primary school. Children are grouped according to their age – Young Explorers are typically 4-6 or 7 years and Great Adventurers are 7 or 8 to 12 years. Some themed sessions are shorter for our Young Explorers, and the children are gently guided in their choices and options, whilst our Great Adventurers are given more autonomy and control over the shape of their day.

Daily, we offer a range of organised sports and/or activities on camp and every day is different, as is every venue, so the list below is intended as a general guide only. Clearly, there are also regular toilet breaks, opportunities for the application of sun cream, hand washing and so on, which are not specified in detail below.  We also always make sure that fresh water is available throughout the day for all the children.  Parts of the programme below are not applicable on days we go on field trips.
