During the holiday season, the children attending The Maples Out of School Care got creative and made some wonderful decorations. Upon completion, they visited a nearby elderly home to bring its residents some festive joy by delivering the hand-crafted decorations and singing beautiful carols!

Variety of activities
This Saturday, Zein was delighted to host an activity zone for the international families visiting the IamExpat Fair The Hague 2017! At our Zein stand, visitors not only enjoyed the variety of activities on offer including play dough, fisher tips, castle & train track building and the very popular face painting – they also got to taste the sugar-free banana cake and gluten-free sweet potato cheese bites prepared and served by our own chefs.

Wonderful works of nature
The children at The Willows Day Care planted pumpkin seeds and experienced the wonderful works of nature. The exciting process, divided in four stages, started in April already when we had to plant the seeds. During the following months, the little ones enjoyed watering the plants and learning about how they grow to produce pumpkins. Now that the pumpkins have been harvested, we cannot wait to find out how they taste...!

Today we completed a wonderful first week at our new Pre-School location ‘The Maples’. The excited boys and girls who joined our programme enjoyed many friendship-building activities along with the sunny weather in the location’s beautiful playground.

At Zein Holiday Camps every weekly activity programme includes not one, but two exciting field specially selected to complement the theme of the camp week. During the first couple of weeks of this summer holiday, adventure camp headed out to a survival park and a theme park, circus camp visited circus school Circaso and trampoline hall Planet Jump, and cooking camp enjoyed visiting a fruit & vegetable farm and a cheese & animal farm.

Exactly 100 years ago art movement 'De Stijl' was founded. With famous Dutch artist Piet Mondriaan as its most important representative, the Netherlands is celebrating through numerous activities during 2017.
As part of the monthly theme of Art Appreciation for the big kids (ages 7-12) in After School Care, the children at The Oaks created their own tribute to Mondriaan and the influential art movement.
After years of planning, we are delighted to announce that our much anticipated Day Care location 'The Maples' has opened its doors on Monday 9 January.
