Yesterday afternoon, mayor Klaas Tigelaar commemorated the official opening of 'The Little Castle' in Voorburg by unveiling a plaque in the monumental property, also known as “Huis de Werve”. Among our guests were the heads of the international schools in the region, staff of multinationals and expat organizations and other business associates of the childcare provider. Interested parties and neighbors joined celebrations
With over 150 visitors, the Open Day of our newest location “The Little Castle Day Care” was a great success. Not only interested parties visited and experienced the facilities in person, we also invited our new neighbors to join the celebrations. Our team introduced our visitors to the Day Care service we offer in order to support the expats and internationally minded amongst the local community in Leidschendam-Voorburg area.

During our exploration of the ‘Life in the forest’ theme, the children at The Willows enjoyed a circle time in the fresh air outside. Through story time and pictures, we discussed forest life and learnt the names of animals living in the forest. Following this, we collected different shades of leaves and practiced our gluing and sticking skills to make our own beautiful forests on paper.

This Sunday the Zein team ran a fun Activity Zone at the successful The Feel at Home Fair in The Hague. Of course, our chefs were also on hand to serve freshly prepared organic chili style puff pastry snacks and apple pie bites - which were a hit with visitors young & old!
