Multi-Sports Camp - Summer 2021

Our Multi-Sports Camps offers a bit of everything - quality time participating in fun, age-appropriate sports!

About Multi-Sports Camp
This programme is open to children of all abilities, aged 4-7 and 8-12 years who just love sports! Each day children will explore different sports; basic skills and techniques are broken down and perfected as they start to play like their Olympic heroes. They will develop individual skills as well as learning about sportsmanship, playing with integrity and setting personal goals. On Wednesday and Friday, campers will enjoy exciting Judo classes, led by experienced instructors.

The camps are led by professional childcare teachers and educated sports instructors wherever needed. Our team ensure that all sessions and activities are inclusive and cater for the needs and abilities of each child individually, so that all campers are encouraged to take part and enjoy themselves. At the end of the week, each child will be awarded a certificate detailing the their accomplishments.

In addition to the workshop activities specifically focussing on the theme of the week, each camp also includes fun sports and recreational games daily, and two professionally hosted judo workshops each week! During the workshops, children will learn basic judo skills and enjoy fun team games in a safe setting. Click the link to see what a typical day at camp looks like.

Please note, however, that all families are welcome throughout the summer, regardless which school your child attends. Parents are free to select any of Zein's locations for holiday camps and, as all are registered and fully licensed, working or families can claim part of the costs for the camps back via the Dutch Childcare Allowance.

Please note: To prevent the spread of Coronavirus and to ensure the safety of all children and teachers at Zein, there will be additional safety protocols in place throughout all Holiday Camps.

What language is spoken at the holiday camps?

Our holiday camps are open to everyone. English is the main language spoken, but many of our teachers are international and speak multiple languages. Where possible, and if needed, they will take the time to explain things in your child's mother tongue.

The camps also offer Dutch children the perfect opportunity to practice their English in a relaxed and informal setting - after all, learning works best when you're having fun!

Do you have qualified staff?

Our holiday camps offer exciting hands-on activities, sports, recreational games and field-trips in a safe and non-competitive environment. Activities are led by our qualified childcare workers and carried out in age appropriate format for children aged 4 – 6 and 7 – 12. Where relevant we make use of professional sports teachers and other specialists - all of whom have pedagogical and safety training.

How much does it cost?

The gross cost (without childcare allowance) is €102.90 per day or €514.50 per week. This price includes healthy organic meals and snacks throughout the day, entrance fees and transport for field trip, and all materials and instruction.

Please note that all our camps are held at registered childcare locations. Dutch childcare allowance is available for parents working or studying in the Netherlands irrespective of nationality. Our staff will be happy to help you apply.
