Music & Dance Camp - Summer 2019

The perfect camp for all your little entertainers – or for bringing out the inner performer in the quieter child... A diverse programme featuring a range of different activities looking at aspects of music and dance.

About Music & Dance Camp
From making our own instruments to playing them in the spotlights - we’ve got things covered! Movement games and activities will provide a fun way to gradually develop a sense of rhythm and before they know it, the children have gained a new found confidence in dancing and singing – both as a group and individually. But it’s not all about what happens ON the stage, our talented campers will also be having fun testing their knowledge on entertainment.

Finally, as the end of the week draws close the children pool all their newly learnt performance skills to provide a Grand Finale Performance on the Friday afternoon, making memories that will last a lifetime…

In addition to the workshop activities specifically focusing on the theme of the week each camp also includes fun sports and recreational games, and two field trips. Click the link to see what a typical day at camp looks like.

What language is spoken at the holiday camps?

Our holiday camps are open to everyone. English is the main language spoken, but many of our teachers are international and speak multiple languages. Where possible, and if needed, they will take the time to explain things in your child's mother tongue.

The camps also offer Dutch children the perfect opportunity to practice their English in a relaxed and informal setting - after all, learning works best when you're having fun!

Do you have qualified staff?

All our camps and activities are led by our qualified childcare practitioners and carried out in age appropriate format for children aged 4 – 6 and 7 – 12. Where relevant we make use of professional sports teachers and other specialists - all of whom have pedagogical and safety training.  Our holiday camps offer exciting hands-on activities, sports, recreational games and field-trips in a safe and non-competitive environment.

How much does it cost?

The gross cost (without childcare allowance) is €94.50 per day or €472.50 per week. This price includes healthy organic meals and snacks throughout the day, entrance fees and transport for field trip,; and all materials and instruction.

Please note that all our camps are held at registered childcare locations. Dutch childcare allowance is available for parents working or studying in the Netherlands irrespective of nationality. Our staff will be happy to help you apply.
