Multi-Sports Camp
Multi-Sports Day Camps run in The Hague from Monday 15 - Friday 19 August
If your child just can't seem to narrow down their favourite sport, then our Multi-Sports Camp is a great option! This camp offers a range of sports to allow children to try broaden their interests and knowledge in physical activity.
Campers partake in age appropriate daily sports challenges and technical instruction, with activities focused on body control, timing, accuracy, skill development and coordination.
The camp is designed to introduce children to new skills, further develop existing ones and help them achieve success through maximum involvement and encouraged competition. Children will be able to gain a better understanding of the skills they need to take their game to the next level, in an environment that is both educational and fun. Sports vary but can include Floorball, Baseball, Athletics, Tennis, Softball, ‘Kan Jam’, Badminton, Frisbee, and generic sports skills – throwing, catching, balancing, skipping, jumping and many more.
We provide a setting where children have the opportunity to excel both individually and as part of a team. Teamwork and sportsmanship are encouraged to help develop friendships, enjoyment, and positive experiences of physical activity. The Multi-Sports Camp also includes two great sports related field trips - one to the Archery Club and one to the Leidschenveen Sports Centre.
In addition to the workshop activities specifically focussing on the theme of the week each camp also includes fun sports and recreational games, and two field trips. Click the link to see what a typical day at camp looks like.

Zein is the trusted partner to most of the international schools in The Hague including The British School, The International School of The Hague, The European School, The French Lycee and de Haagsche Schoolvereeniging. Please note however that families are free to select any of Zein's out of school care locations for holiday camps based on their preference of the theme. All four locations are registered and fully licensed, so working or families can claim part of the costs for the camps back via the Dutch Childcare allowance.
Our holiday camps are open to everyone. English is the main language spoken, but many of our teachers are international and speak multiple languages. Where possible, and if needed, they will take the time to explain things in your child's mother tongue.
The camps also offer Dutch children the perfect opportunity to practice their English in a relaxed and informal setting - after all, learning works best when you're having fun!
Our holiday camps offer exciting hands-on activities, sports, recreational games and field-trips in a safe and non-competitive environment. Activities are led by our qualified childcare workers and carried out in age appropriate format for children aged 4 – 6 and 7 – 12. Where relevant we make use of professional sports teachers and other specialists - all of whom have pedagogical and safety training.
The gross cost (without childcare allowance) is €85 per day or €425 per week. This price includes healthy organic warm meals and snacks throughout the day; entrance fees and transport for field trips; and all materials and instruction.
Please note that all our camps are held at registered childcare locations. Dutch childcare allowance is available for parents working or studying in the Netherlands irrespective of nationality. Our staff will be happy to help you apply.
