Multi-Sports Camp

Our Multi-Sports Camps offer sports enthusiasts a range of options! Each day provides quality time participating in a different, age-appropriate sport. Team spirit guaranteed!

About Multi-Sports Camp
This programme is open to girls and boys of all abilities, aged 4-7 and 8-12 years who just love sports! Each day children will explore different sports. From team games to hockey and softball. Basic skills and techniques are broken down and perfected as they start to play like their Olympic heroes. The young athletes will develop individual skills as well as learn about sportsmanship, playing with integrity, and setting personal goals.

The camps are led by professional childcare teachers and educated sports instructors wherever needed. Our team will ensure that all sessions and activities are inclusive and cater to the needs and abilities of each child individually so that all children are encouraged to take part and enjoy themselves. At the end of the week, each child will be awarded a certificate detailing their accomplishments.

In addition to the workshop activities specifically focusing on the theme of the week, each camp also includes fun sports and recreational games, and two field trips. Click the link to see what a typical day at camp looks like.

Click the link for the cost of camp. As all our camps are held at registered childcare locations and run by qualified staff, partial reimbursement of the gross cost is available to most parents working or studying in the Netherlands irrespective of nationality through the Dutch childcare allowance (kinderopvangtoeslag). Our staff will be happy to provide more information.
What language is spoken at holiday camps?

Our holiday camps are open to everyone. English is the main language spoken, but many of our teachers are international and speak multiple languages. Where possible, and if needed, they will take the time to explain things in your child’s mother tongue.

Additionally, as Zein is the official childcare partner of all key international schools in the region as well as various local Dutch schools, our staff is trained to apply simple techniques to help children understand the daily routine and quickly become part of the group, regardless of the language they speak.

The camps are also increasingly popular among Dutch children, who enjoy the opportunity to practice their English in a relaxed and informal setting – after all, learning works best when you’re having fun!

Do you have qualified staff?

All our camps and activities are led by our qualified childcare practitioners and carried out in age-appropriate format for children aged 4 – 6 and 7 – 12. Where relevant we make use of professional sports teachers and other specialists – all of whom have pedagogical and safety training. Our holiday camps offer exciting hands-on activities, sports, recreational games and field trips in a safe and non-competitive environment.
