After School Care Reopens at Zein
Monday, April 19, 2021

Zein children return to After School Care. Zein kinderen keren terug naar de BSOAs restrictions gradually lift, we are thrilled to reopen Zein International Childcare's After School Care service this week.

We are excited to welcome families back to Zein After School Care this week. Children will dive straight into a fun-filled programme, with Explorers (4-6 years) enjoying the theme "Spring has Sprung" in April - exploring insects, gardening and more, and Adventurers (6-12 years) learning about "The Environment" - with exciting projects involving gardening, recycling and planting.

“We were taken a little by surprise but we are delighted to open our doors to all our children again,’’ says Thanos Papanastasiou, OSC Locations Manager at Zein. “After School Care gives children the chance to socialise, play and relax with their peers. As we welcome children back, we’re excited to see them make new friends and strengthen existing bonds in a safe, fun-filled environment.”

As we reopen, we also celebrate the launch of a bilingual After School Care group at The Estate! The demand for bilingual care at Zein has grown in recent years, as long-stay expat families residing in The Hague and internationally-minded local families increasingly recognise the benefits of a bilingual upbringing. We look forward to seeing the children settle into their new routine!

Finally, we would like to thank each of you for your individual efforts to keep yourself and the other members of the Zein community healthy, safe and comfortable, as well as the parents working in vital professions throughout the pandemic. Our policy is continuously adapted as the situation develops and will always meet, and at times even exceed, the guidelines issued by the government and childcare sector.
