Handling complaints and issues
We strive to do all we can to provide the best possible care for your child, and service to parents. If, however, there is something you are now happy about we always ask you to first discuss the matter with us to see if we can come to an understanding, agreement, or find a solution to the issue.
In some cases, however, it may be that this process does not deliver the desired results. Should such a situation arise you can visit the National Counter for Childcare Complaints who will advise you on any further steps.
